The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. To attain the designation certain education and production requirements must be met. Only 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists. They are also the most productive. CRS Designees complete an average of 45 transactions per year ? three times as many as the typical REALTOR® agent.

GRI - Graduation Realtor Institute
